Foundations of Leadership

This class acquainted me with the fundamental concepts underlying the practice of leadership in both formal and informal roles. It will emphasized leadership styles and models and systems thinking. I learned to build skills in problem-solving, decision-making, nurturing change within organizations, and conflict resolution.
